Dear Susan, thank you for an excellent buffet on the 18th December for my husband’s wake. Delivered on time and a good fresh selection of food which was enjoyed by all whom attended.

I just wanted to send a prompt note to say thank you SO much for everything you and your team did for my mum and I today.

The event went extremely well. Lots and lots of nice comments about the food. And the service. Mainly due to your two wonderful staff Julia and Theresa. They made things run smoothly. The food was excellent! Especially the Caesar Wraps -  a wonderful way of presenting and building them!  I thought it was just lettuce and chicken Caesar in a disposable bowl until I realised it was the tortilla that made the bowl! Amazing! Such a wonderful touch.

Everything was enjoyed by everyone.

I will owe you a little extra for cleaning down time but the ladies made such a great job of keeping everything tidy and leaving the kitchen space looking clean as a whistle.

Please pass on our sincere gratitude to everyone involved - especially you, who I believed prepared the food, and Theresa and Julia.

I just wanted to send you an email thanking you for yesterday.  The concert went well and the buffet and refreshments were a lovely way to end our celebration.

Please could you pass on our sincere thanks to all the staff.  They were all very friendly and helped to make the proceedings run smoothly.  I think they also enjoyed hearing us sing, whilst they were busy preparing everything.
