Irnham Hall

Set in South Lincolnshire countryside close to the Rutland and Nottinghamshire borders, Irnham Hall suits a wedding at any time of year. You get exclusive use of the Summer House and Walled Garden for your reception, celebration meal and dancing, whether your ceremony takes place there or elsewhere.

200 acres of parkland surround Elton Hall, giving you a striking outdoor setting for your day. The Lakeside Meadow offers a picturesque spot with the Hall as a backdrop, and the formal gardens make an excellent setting for photographs.

A unique setting for a country wedding, with room inside for the bridal party to stay the night before and after the big day. Outside, Willow Lawn suits a marquee wedding breakfast, Swan Island offers guest camping beside resident swans, and Owl Island brings space for a festival-style celebration. The Granary holds a civil ceremony licence.

The oldest manor in Northamptonshire, set in the village of Nassington, with extensive gardens suited to a marquee wedding. For smaller receptions, the eighteenth-century Tithe Barn opposite the manor opens straight into the gardens.

A privately run dry hire wedding field near Oundle, ideal for a marquee or tipi wedding. You choose your own suppliers, and the site includes an outdoor water tap and mains electricity. The field overlooks a private lake, with two lakeside Shepherd's Huts for guests to stay. Berryfields doesn't hold a licence for legal ceremonies, so couples marry elsewhere and hold their celebration or blessing on site.

A working family farm in the heart of Rutland Water, a short walk from the village church. Halfmoon suits everything from an intimate gathering to a 300-guest wedding, with water and electricity provided as standard and sweeping views over the water and countryside.

A ballroom seating up to 150 in the heart of historic Stamford, with a reception room for welcome drinks. A characterful choice for couples wanting a town centre setting.

Whaplode Manor

A family-run venue in the Lincolnshire Fens near Spalding, built around a restored nineteenth-century granary barn. The same family has hosted weddings here for over 30 years, including their own, giving the venue a personal, lived-in warmth. Whaplode Manor holds space for up to 90 guests for an on-site ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 250 in the evening.
