We were delighted with the food that you supplied for Mum’s party - it was all very well received. The salmon was a particular highlight that seemed to go down very well and got lots of compliments! I would like to thank you very much for your help putting together the wake for my father-in-law. It all went off very smoothly. 

Your staff were very good - attentive, friendly and efficient. We had many compliments for them.

Equally, the food was praised and much-appreciated. We had many compliments for the catering and, I believe, quite a few of your cards were taken. And you were quite right about the scones - they went very quickly. Your pork pies were declared equal to the local product by one of the older locals - generous praise indeed!
